Altered Mini Clip Board

Hello friends!  For My Creative Time's 3D Wednesdays Emma asks us to do a project that is anything  but a card or layout.  Today I altered a Mini Clipboard.  I don't know if I will be able to give this one away. I will at least have to keep it in my scrap room for a while so I can look at it!!
I started with a little clip board I purchased a while ago.  First I sanded it a little and removed the hardware.  Next painted the sides with a dabber.  (I LOVE those.  They go on easily and dry very quickly)  Then I cut the paper to fit and Mod Podged it on with 3 coats.  After it dried I put the hardware back on.
The roses are made from MCT's new Rolled Flower die along with the XL Label die and sentiment from "Just a little not to say", all available here.

The Branch Pencils are a little package I picked up at Marshalls.  I wish I had gotten all of them because when I went back to the store they were all gone :(   Later in the week I will post some more pencil tags I made to tuck in my children's school bags.

My Supplies:
Clip Board  -  Nicole's Crafts
This and That, Graceful 6x6 Paper Pad and Brad Pack  -  Echo Park
