Magnetic Picture Frame and Thank You Notes

Good Morning!  Today I have an 8x10" Magnetic Picture "frame" I made for my Niece's Bridal Shower a few weeks ago.  She got married in Las Vegas this past weekend.  Congratulations to Katie and Tom!!!
I first saw this done on my friend Liz's blog in a 5x7" size.  I made this one larger so more than 1 small picture or one large picture would fit easily.  I had to use a roll of Roofing Flashing which my hubby cut for me.  The small roofing tiles the home improvement stores had were all aluminum, not magnetic.  Before I decorated the board I but Memory Foil tape along all four edges so they were no longer sharp. Then I attached the paper and embellishments.  The magnets were black and white.  I used some Vintage Photo Distress Ink on them to make them match the board.

Supplies I Used:
Roofing Flashing cut to 8x10"
Memory Foil Tape  -  Ranger
Blossomwood 12x12 Paper Pad  -  K&Company
Vintage Cream and Dark Chocolate Card Stock  -  Papertrey Ink
Dark Walnut and Vintage Photo Distress Inks

I also made some Thank You notes for her to use.

Additional Supplies:
Opaque Embossing Powder, Snow
Irock and gems
Scallop Border Punch  -  Fiskars
Celebrate It Ribbon  -  Michaels
Leaf Punch  -  Martha Stewart

I hope you enjoyed today's post.  I appreciate all my followers and the comments they leave for me!  Enjoy your day!

Love and Hugs,
Cathryn
