Altered Mini Clip Board

Hello friends!  For My Creative Time's 3D Wednesdays Emma asks us to do a project that is anything  but a card or layout.  Today I altered a Mini Clipboard.  I don't know if I will be able to give this one away. I will at least have to keep it in my scrap room for a while so I can look at it!!
I started with a little clip board I purchased a while ago.  First I sanded it a little and removed the hardware.  Next painted the sides with a dabber.  (I LOVE those.  They go on easily and dry very quickly)  Then I cut the paper to fit and Mod Podged it on with 3 coats.  After it dried I put the hardware back on.
The roses are made from MCT's new Rolled Flower die along with the XL Label die and sentiment from "Just a little not to say", all available here.

The Branch Pencils are a little package I picked up at Marshalls.  I wish I had gotten all of them because when I went back to the store they were all gone :(   Later in the week I will post some more pencil tags I made to tuck in my children's school bags.

My Supplies:
Clip Board  -  Nicole's Crafts
This and That, Graceful 6x6 Paper Pad and Brad Pack  -  Echo Park
Mod Podge
Branch Pencils  -  Marshalls
Leaf Punch  -  Martha Stewart
Ranger Dabber in Lettuce
 Burlap Ribbon  -  Amazon.com
Rich Cocoa Ink  -  Memento
Spun Sugar and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks and Glossy Accents
Eyelets and Crop-a-Dial
Caribbean Twine  -  The Twinery
Assorted Ribbon, Celebrate It  -  Michaels

Rose Thank You Tag - My Creative Time's April Release Sneak Peek #3

Good Morning!  Today is Sneak Peek #3 of MCT's April Release.  I made a Thank you tag with Emma's incredible new Flower die and Floral Sentiments stamp set.  This die makes flowers so quick and easy to create AND you pick your own colors!  It is so nice not having to try to match and purchase flowers for a project!
The flocked paper I used for the roses had no name on it.  I have been saving it for so long that I have no idea where it came from :(.  The leaves were a bit bright as is so I pressed them into platinum color ink to soften up the color.

Supplies I Used:
Manila Tag  -  Ranger
Lost and Found Two, Blush  -  My Minds Eye
Flocked Paper from my stash
Mulberry Paper Leaves and Ribbon -  Recollections
Spring Mix Vintage Buttons  -  Papertrey Ink
Brilliance Platinum Planet Ink Pad  -  Tseunko
Rick Cocoa Ink Pad  -  Memento
Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick Distress Inks
Sewing Machine and Glue Gun

3D Wednesday with My Creative Time - Birthday tag and Gift Card Holder

Hello Friends!  Today is 3D Wednesday at My Creative Time.  I made a tag using the Wrap It Up Cricut Cartridge.  I also used the negative cut from the inside of the tag for the layer on a Gift Card Holder.  I LOVE it when I can make my left over pieces into something useful!
I colored the candles with Copic Markers and added some Yellow Stickles and Glossy Accents to give them some sparkle.

I used glossy accents inside the negative left over from the tag cut above.

My Supplies:
Wow, So Many Candles Stamp Set  -  My Creative Time
Gift Card Holder die and Gift Card Sentiments  -  My Creative Time
Wrap It Up Cricut Cartridge for tag cut at 3.25"
Retro Collage Stack  -  Recollections
Summer Sunrise Cardstock and Green Ribbon  -  Papertrey Ink
Black Diamond Stickles on large letters
Black Gel Pen
Peeled Paint Distress Ink

I hope you enjoyed my projects for today.  Please go visit Emma's blog for more great 3D projects!
Have a wonderful day!
