Sleigh Riding - Scrapping the Little Things

Good Morning my blog friends!  I am so happy to be back posting again.  I feel like I can finally breathe after the holidays!  I hope you all enjoyed your holiday season!  I have to say my season was a bit busier than usual with a lot of family things going on!  My poor hubby injured his back and the day after Christmas we were in the emergency room :( .  He is much better now and on the mend, thank goodness!
Ok, for todays Scrapping the Little Things with My Creative Time I did a "Project Life type" page using some photo sleeves from We R memory keepers I found at Michaels.  I like the idea that I can go to a store close to me and pick up something I need without waiting for shipping.

This year during Christmas week we got a little bit of snow.  We took the twins to a local park.  The snow was not deep but just enough to sleigh ride before the sun melted it!

I took the top picture without the photo sleeve because I haven't gotten the knack of photographing them without a glare.

I layered patterned paper over chipboard to make the letters a bit thicker.

Ingredients:
Lowercase Fun dies, Stitched XL Label die, XL Label die, Cherish This Moment Stamp Set  -  My Creative Time
Photo Sleeve  -  Albums Made easy, We R memory keepers
Green Hemp  -  Liz's Paper Loft Boutique
Metal Snow Flakes  -  Recollections
Chip Board
Rich Cocoa Ink  -  Memento
Tea Die Distress Ink

A big thank you to my hubby!  Even though he was hurting he came to the park with us and even made it up the hill on crutches!!!

Thank you for visiting me!  Please go see what the design team has over for you at My Creative Time.  Have a wonderful day (especially if you are off for the holiday)!!!

Love and Hugs,
Cathryn :)

Yay for you getting back to posting (me too...though I still haven't written out my Christmas thank you notes!)

Your LO is terrific (I can't photograph LOs well either...there is always a glare) but you did quite well, I think!

Cathryn, I hope your hubby mends well :)
