Wishing You a Very Happy Birthday - Cards for Everyone

Hello!  Today I have a bunch of cards I made with a new die from PTI -  Text Block: Birthday.  I love this die because it is easy to use for masculine cards as well as for the ladies.
I found that running the die cut through my sticker maker was the easiest way to attach it to the card front.
I am always looking for a masculine card.  My stash is always very light on them.  This style makes it very easy for me to just change the paper and make a card for anyone.

I made this card a little more feminine with the paper from Journeys 6x6 paper pad and a little  ribbon.

My Supplies:
Text Block: Birthday die
Lemon Tart, Ripe Avocado and Dark Chocolate Card Stock  -  Papertrey Ink
Woodgrain Background Stamp  -  Market Street Stamps
This and That 6x6 paper pad  -  My Mind's Eye
Journeys 6x6 paper pad  -  Kathy Davis
2.5" Sticker Maker  -  Xyron
Vintage Photo Distress Ink
Twine, eyelets, Sheer Ribbon

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a good one!

Hello to all my friends!  I hope you had a nice long weekend.  Today I have a tag I made using the Spiral Notebook Page die.  I put some chocolate inside a few different small bags and attached these cuties!

My daughter gave me this cute little stamp set.  Unfortunately I don't know what brand it is.  My guess would be Studio g.
I attached a heavyweight piece of card stock on the back to make the paper sturdy.  I attached an eyelet and strung some ball and chain through it.

Valentine Gifts and Tags

Happy Valentine's Day!
These are some gifts I made to put out on the table for my family this morning.

This first gift is a bakery cookie I put in a glassine bag and tied up with some twine.  I added a foil heart die cut for a little something extra.
Next I put some candies in boxes I purchased at Target and decorated them with pretty tags.

I dressed up a plain Coffee Gift Card envelope with a Foil Tag and a few embellishments.
I made just a little something to put on these mini gum ball jars I found at Marshalls.  I think it was just the right touch!

I'm a Fan of You Valentine and Birthday Card

Hi!!!
Today I have a Valentine's Day card and a Birthday card I made with a tiny stamp set I spotted while waiting on line.  It caught my eye and I just couldn't resist!  I surely was not going to because the stamp was only $1.50!  I wasn't sure how well it would work but I have to say I was a pretty happy with the way the image stamped.
I used the Figure of Speech Frame die from Papertrey Ink for the patterned paper and I cut the banner by hand.
I layered a piece of Pure Poppy card stock on the base of the card where the bottom of the speech bubble would be.  Next, I attached the frame with dimensionals.  I used copic markers C1 and C3 for the grey fan.

This next version of the card I made for a Birthday.
On this card I used copic marker numbers E31, E33 and E37 for the brown fan.  The cute matching paper is from This and That 6x6 paper pad from Echo Park.

My Supplies:
Fan Stamp & Sentiments -  Studio G
"Heart Day" sentiment  -  My Creative Time
Paper Scraps for red card
This and That 6x6 paper pad  -  Echo Park
Figure of Speech Frame die  -  Papertrey Ink
Pure Poppy and Vintage Cream and Lime Ice Card Stock  -  Papertrey Ink
Glossy Accents and Natural Hemp

That's it for me today.  I hope you are staying warm.  Here in the Northeast it has been in the single digits and we are getting more snow tomorrow!  Wherever you live have a good one!  I will be back with a few more Valentine projects this week.

Telephone Valentine Tags

Hello my friends!  Today's projects are Valentine Tags I made for my family.  I will attach them to some candy that I have put together for them.

First up, the girls tag.  I used 3 different tag die sets for these.  The cute retro telephone and sentiments are from a set I picked up at Michaels the other day.  I made sure to put plenty of bling on these for my girls!!!

Now for the boys.  I tried to keep these a little less frilly.  It's still probably a little too much for my guys but hey, it's Valentine's Day!

Be My Valentine Kitten Card

Good Morning and Hello to all!
Today I made a Valentine Card using one of Papertrey Ink's Tremendous Treats sets.

I LOVE this paper from Fancy Pants.  It reminds me of a child's painting.  After I selected my paper I used a heart punch to cut a window in the lower corner of my patterned paper.  I stamped my cute kitten on the card base where is would show in the window.

I find the easiest way for me to attach sequins is with just a dab of glossy accents.  It grabs the sequin very quickly and doesn't leak out.
I attached the sentiment banner and brad first, then I put the patterned paper onto the card base with dimensionals.  I added just a touch of stickler to the kittens nose and heart.

My Supplies:
Tremendous Treats: Valentine  -  Papertrey Ink
Heart Punch  -  EK Success
Be Loved 6x6 paper pad  -  Fancy Pants Designs
Copic Markers RV02, BG10, C1 and C3
Vintage Cream card stock  -  Papertrey Ink
Spun Sugar Distress Ink
Sequins and Glossy Accents
Cotton Candy Stickles

Thank you for visiting me today!  Have a wonderful weekend, I will see you next week!!!
