Good Morning! Today is a new Designer's Challenge at My Creative Time. The challenge is from Ruthie this time. Her challenge is to make a large decorative tag. The tag needs to measure 4" x 6" or larger in any shape you like.
I made two projects for today's post. A Halloween and a Christmas Tag.
Supplies:
Elegant Edges and Mini Monsters Cricut Cartridge
Glitter Paper - Coordinations
Tricks and Treats Paper Pad - Pebbles
Dusty concord Distress Ink
Fragments - Tim Holtz
Hemp - Liz's Paper Loft Boutique
Pinking Shears
I used Washi Tape on a white piece of cardstock to make a diagonal pattern. Then I cut the Christmas Tree out of the Red Cardstock and layered it over the Washi Tape.
Supplies:
From Our Family To Yours and Fancy Frame die - My Creative Time
Holiday Tree - Spellbinders Shapeabilities
Brick Embossing folder - Sizzix
Pure Poppy, New Leaf and True Black Card Stock - Papertrey Ink
Iced Spruce Distress Ink
Silver Stickles
Washi Tape and Brad - Recollections

ReplyDeleteGreat projects! The purple glittery paper for the hat tag is a great shade of purple and I like how the pinked edge turned out. Your tree tag is also pretty and interesting using the beautiful washi tapes behind the cutouts. Great job!
