Paper Clip/Push Pin Holders - 3D Wednesday

Good Morning!  Today for My Creative Time's 3d Wednesday I have some Paper Clip/Push Pin Holders I made out of recycled electrical tape holders.  My husband had a lot of these laying around and he asked me if I could use them.  Ummm, YES!  I put some paper clips, binder clips and push pins inside and tada -  cute little gifts!

I used the Stitched Mini Frame die to make the "Chalk Board".  The scissors are from "Chunky Jar Accessories" and the glasses are from "What's Growning On" stamp and die set.  The sentiment is from "My Teacher Rocks".

I simply covered the tops with patterned paper, added some embellishments, tied a ribbon and there you have it, a thoughtful little gift.

The next set I made also used Emma's Stitched Mini Frame die along with the arrow from the "Capture Frame die" set.  The sentiment is from "It's All About You" and the arrow stamp is from "You Are Here".  The paper is from The Carnival Stack by Die Cuts With a View.

The last version I made uses the "Rolled Flower Dies" and "Floral Sentiments" stamp set.  The paper is a pad from gcd studios called Funhouse.

  Additional Supplies I Used:
Makin-the-Grade Cricut Cartridge for apple cut at 3"
The Grade School 8x8 paper pad  -  DCWV
Fragments Charm and jump ring  -  Tim Holtz
Yellow Hemp  -  Liz's Paper Loft Boutique
White Hemp - Crafter's Square
Fired Brick, Peeled Paint, Picked Raspberry,
Scattered Straw and Worn Lipstick Distress Inks
Leaves - Modern Romance
Ribbon - Nashville Wraps
Bazzill Buttons
Star Dust Stickles

I hope I gave you some ideas for projects you would like to do!  For more inspiration go over to My Creative Time blog to see the design team's projects for this 3D Wednesday!
