THIS BIRTHDAY PIGGY FOLDOVER BOX with BLOSSOMING HAPPINESS DIES - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!

My project today is a 4 x 2 1/2 x 1" Fold Over box. I used This Birthday Piggy stamp set, Blossoming Happiness dies, Rectangle Stitched dies, Fabulous Frames dies, Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper and Fun Flowers Resin Shapes.

I started with a piece of Crushed Curry Cardstock sized

11 x 4 1/2".

I scored the 11" side at:

1, 5, 6 and 10".

I scored the 4 1/2" side at:

1 and 3 1/2".

Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.

I attached pieces of Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper to the box.

(1) 3 3/4 x 2 1/4" for the top.

(2) 3 3/4 x 3/4" for the long sides.

(2) 2 1/4 x 3/4" for the short sides.

I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.

I stamped the image, from This Birthday Piggy stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I colored the image with Stampin' Blends.

Light and Dark Petal Pink for the pig.

Light Smokey Slate for the hoof.

Light and Dark Crumb Cake for the dirt.

Light Granny Apple Green for the leaves and grass.

Dark Daffodil Delight for the flowers.

I cut the image out with a 2 3/4 x 1 3/8" die from the Rectangle Stitched dies.

I cut the left edge of a 3 3/8 x 1 3/4" piece of Crushed Curry Cardstock using the Notebook edge die from Blossoming Happiness dies.

I attached the image rectangle onto of the Crushed Curry rectangle with Liquid Glue.

I wound Black and White Gingham Ribbon around the left side of the box twice and tied a bow at the top.

I attached the image piece, to the right of where the ribbon is, with Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment, from This Birthday Piggy stamp set, onto Poppy Parade Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I cut the sentiment out with a label from Fabulous Frames dies and attached it to the bottom right side of the box with a piece of a Dimensional and Liquid Glue.

For the final touch I added a Fun Flower Resin Shape to the right side of the sentiment label.
