Shop Stampin' Up! Here
I started with a piece of Real Red Cardstock sized
6 1/2 x 5"
I scored the 6 1/2" side at:
1/2, 2 1/2, 3 1/2 and 5 1/2".
I scored the 5" side at:
1 and 4".
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I attached several pieces of Most Adored Saleabration Designer Series Paper to the box.
(2) 1 3/4 x 2 3/4" front and back
(2) 3/4 x 2 3/4" long sides
(2) 3/4 x 1 3/4" short sides
I stamped the Cactus, Sombrero, Bowl and Chips from Taco Fiesta stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I colored the images with Stampin' Blends.
Light and Dark Shaded Spruce - Cactus
Light and Dark Real Red - Bowl and Sombrero
Light and Dark Old Olive - Guacomole
Light and Dark Daffodil Delight - Chips
I fussy cut the images out by hand.
I cut (2) 1 7/8" circles out using the Everyday Details dies. One from Real Red Cardstock and one from Most Adored DSP.
I attached the circle together, DSP on top, with Liquid Glue.
I wrapped Real Red Ribbon around the long side of the box and tied a bow at the top.
I attached the circles to the front of the box, over the ribbon, with Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of 1 7/8 x 1/2" Basic White Cardstock with Real Red Ink.
I attached the sentiment in the middle of the circle with Dimensionals.
I attached the images around the sentiment with Liquid Glue and Dimensionals.
For the final touch I added a Red Heart from the Hearts and Flowers Embellishments.
I was out of the Red Hearts so I used a small Heart from the Sending Love dies and attached a Pink Heart over it.
