Shop Stampin' Up! Here
I started with a piece of Patterned Paper sized
10 1/2 x 7 3/4"
I scored the 10 1/2" side at:
1 1/2, 5, 6 1/2 and 10"
I scored the 7 3/4" side at:
1 1/2 and 6 1/2"
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I cut a piece of Highland Heather Cardstock to
3 3/8 x 1 3/8"
I rounded the corners of one of the long sides and attached it, with 1/4" showing on the bottom, using Liquid Glue under the front flap.
I stamped the Ghost image, from Playful Ghosts stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I fussy cut the image out by hand.
I colored the image with Stampin' Blends.
Dark Highland Heather - Patch and Cape
Dark Pumpkin Pie - Hat Band and Broom Head
Dark Daffodil Delight - Belt Buckle
Light Basic Black - Hat and Broomstick
Light Bubble Bath - Cheeks
Light Flirty Flamingo - Tongue
I cut 2 circles out using the Spotlight on Nature dies.
Pumpkin Pie Cardstock - 3 1/4"
Basic White Cardstock - 2 3/4"
I attached the Basic White circle to the Pumpkin Pie with Dimensionals.
I attached the Ghost to the circles with Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment onto Basic Black Cardstock with Versamark Ink.
I sprinkled it with White Stampin' Emboss Powder and Heated it with my Heat Tool.
I cut the sentiment into a rectangle and attached it under the Ghost with Liquid Glue.
I punched 2 sets of holes in the top of the box with a 1/4" Hole Punch.
I ran Peach Pie ribbon through the holes and tied a bow at the front.
For the final touch I added 3 Purple Fine Shimmer Gems around the Ghost.
