Witch Hat Tag and Washi Tape Tree Tag - Designer's Challenge at My Creative Time

Good Morning!  Today is a new Designer's Challenge at My Creative Time.  The challenge is from Ruthie this time.   Her challenge is to make a large decorative tag. The tag needs to measure 4" x 6" or larger in any shape you like.
I made two projects for today's post.  A Halloween and a Christmas Tag.

Supplies:
Elegant Edges and Mini Monsters Cricut Cartridge
Glitter Paper  -  Coordinations
Tricks and Treats Paper Pad  -  Pebbles
Dusty concord Distress Ink
Fragments  -  Tim Holtz
Pinking Shears

I used Washi Tape on a white piece of cardstock to make a diagonal pattern.  Then I cut the Christmas Tree out of the Red Cardstock and layered it over the Washi Tape.

Supplies:
From Our Family To Yours  and Fancy Frame die  -  My Creative Time
Holiday Tree -   Spellbinders Shapeabilities
Brick Embossing folder  -  Sizzix
Pure Poppy, New Leaf and True Black  Card Stock  -  Papertrey Ink
Iced Spruce Distress Ink
Silver Stickles
Washi Tape and Brad  -  Recollections

Great projects! The purple glittery paper for the hat tag is a great shade of purple and I like how the pinked edge turned out. Your tree tag is also pretty and interesting using the beautiful washi tapes behind the cutouts. Great job!

Super cute tags, Cathryn! I love the shape of the first one, with the great colors, and the washi tape tree on the 2nd is the coolest!

Very nice tags! I have Elegant Edges and love it...when I get back in town, I am making room for my cricut back onto my work desk. I want to use that one a lot for 8x8 layouts. These are great...thanks for sharing!
