I started with a piece of Red Red Cardstock sized:
8 1/2 x 6 1/2"
I scored the 8 1/2" side at:
1 1/2, 4, 5 1/2 and 8"
I scored the 6 1/2" side at:
1 1/2, 4 1/4 and 5 3/4"
To cut and put the box together you can watch My Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look when you are done.
I attached 2 pieces of North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper to the long sides of the box before putting it together.
(2) 1 1/4 x 2 1/2"
I used a die from the Perennial Postage dies to cut windows in each of those sides.
After cutting the windows I added 2 pieces of 1 1/4 x 2 1/2" Window Sheet, over the openings, inside the box with Liquid Glue.
I attached the rest of the DSP to the front, back and short sides of the box after putting the box together,
(2) 2 1/4 x 2 1/2" front and back
(2) 2 1/4 x 1 1/4" short sides
I cut a 1 3/4" circle from Basic White Cardstock using the Stylish Shapes dies.
I stamped the Snowman scene, from Jar of Joy stamp set, onto the circle with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I stamped the Scarf and Hat Band with Real Red Ink.
I colored the image with Stampin' Blends.
Dark Real Red - touched up Hat Bank if needed
Light Pool Party - Snow
Dark Pumpkin Pie - Nose
I cut 2 more circles out. A 2 3/8" circle from Real Red Cardstock using the 2 3/8" Circle Punch.
I also cut a 2 1/8" circle from retired Silver Glitter Paper using the Spotlight on Nature dies.
I attached the Real Red and Silver Circles together with Liquid Glue.
I attached the Snowman Circle on top of the other 2 circles with Dimensionals.
I attached the entire piece to the front of the box with Dimensionals.
I ran Real Red Shiny Ribbon under the flap and tied a bow on the top of the box.
For the final touch I added 3 Red & White Peppermints around the Snowman.
