Hi Friends!
My project today is an easy favor box for your Thanksgiving Table! It holds 2 Ghirardelli squares and measures 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 x 3/4". I used the Detailed Pumpkin dies, Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper, Giving Gifts dies, Tasteful Label dies, Sparkle of the Season stamp set and Gold Shimmer Ribbon.
I started with a piece of Cajun Craze Cardstock sized
6 1/4 x 4 1/4".
I scored the 6 1/4" side at:
2 3/4 and 3 1/2".
I scored the 4 1/4" side at:
3/4 and 3 1/2".
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of what your Cardstock should look like after scoring and cutting.
I attached 2 pieces of Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper to the front and back of the box.
(2) 2 1/2 x 2 1/2"
I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.
I cut 2 holes in the top/middle of the box with a 1/8" hole punch.
I ran Gold Shimmer Ribbon through the holes and tied a bow at the front.
I cut a pumpkin from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock using the Detailed Pumpkin dies.
I attached the pumpkin to the front of the box with Dimensionals.
I cut the leaves from Mossy Meadow Cardstock, Cajun Craze Cardstock and Daffodil Delight Cardstock.
I attached one of each color leaf onto the stem of the pumpkin with Liquid Glue.
I cut a label from Daffodil Delight using the Tasteful Label dies.
I stamped the sentiment from Sparkle of the Season stamp set onto the right side of the label with Early Espresso Ink.
I cut the label down and made a point at the left side.
I attached the label to the box under the bow with Liquid Glue.
For the final touch I added some Gilded Gems to the leaves.
