Hi Friends!
Myproject today is a quick Halloween Treat box. It measures 2 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 1". It fits 3 to 4 Fun sized candy bars inside. I used Scary Silhouettes dies, Stylish Shapes dies, Brights Designer Series Paper, Black and White Designs Designer Series Paper and 2022-2024 In Color Decorative Dots.
I started with a piece of Basic Black Cardstock sized
7 1/2 x 4 3/4".
I scored 7 1/2" side at:
1/2, 3, 4 and 6 1/2".
I scored the 4 3/4" side at:
1".
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I attached Black and White Designs Designer Series Paper to the box.
(2) 2 1/4 x 3 1/2".
I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.
I cut a Melon Mambo piece of Brights Designer Series Paper to size
1 1/2 x 6".
I scored the 6" side only at:
3 1/2".
I flagged the bottom of the longer side.
I attached the shorter end of the Melon Mambo DSP to the back of the box with Liquid Glue.
I attached a 3/8" Adhesive Velcro Dot to the back of the front piece of the tag and the body of the box for a closure.
I cut a 2 1/8" dotted circle from Daffodil Delight Cardstock using the Stylish Shapes dies.
I cut the house and 2 bat Silhouettes from Basic Black Cardstock using the Scary Silhouette dies.
I attached the 3 pieces to the Daffodil Delight circle with Liquid Glue.
I tied a small bow with Black and White Gingham Ribbon and attached it with Glue Dots.
I added some Wink of Stella Glitter to the bats.
For the final touch I added 3 Parakeet Party In Color Decorative Dots.
