SPRING FOLD OVER BOX with FRIENDLY GNOMES - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!

My project today is a 3 1/4  x  3 1/4  x  1" Spring Treat Box.  I used the Friendly Gnomes stamp set, Gnomes dies, Layering Circle dies, Gingham Cottage Designer Series paper and Regency Park Designer Series Paper.

I started with a piece of Balmy Blue Cardstock sized

9 1/4  x  7 1/4".

I scored the  9 1/4" side at:

2,  3,  6 1/4  and  7 1/4".

I scored the  7 1/4" side at:

1,  2,  5 1/4  and  6 1/4".

Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.

I attached several pieces of Regency Park and Gingham Cottage Designer Series papers to the box.

(4)  1 3/4  x  3"  2 of each DSP for the top and bottom of the larger flaps.

(8)  3/4  x  3"  6 of Regency Park and 2 Gingham Cottage for sides and small flaps.

I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.

I cut a  2 1/2" circle from Gingham Cottage DSP and

a 2 5/8" scalloped circle from Night of Navy Cardstock using the Layering Circle dies.

I attached them together with Liquid Glue.

I stamped the Gnome, Bird and Sentiment, from Friendly Gnomes stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I colored the images with Stampin' Blends.

Light Flirty Flamingo  -  Top of Nose

Light Petal Pink  -  Gnomes Face, Nose and Hands.

Light and Dark Balmy Blue  -  Hat, Shirt and Pants

Light and Dark Smokey Slate  -  Beard and Shoes

Dark Daffodil Delight  -  Flowers Middles

Light Daffodil Delight  -  Bird

Dark Pumpkin Pie  -  Beak

I cut the Gnome out using the Gnome dies and I fussy cut the Bird out by hand.

I attached the Gnome and Bird to the box with Dimensionals.

I tied a bow with Balmy Blue Variegated Ribbon and attached it to the upper left side of the box with 2 Glue Dots and a dab of Liquid Glue on the back of the knot.

I added some Wink of Stella Glitter on the Hat and for the final touch I added 3 Fun Flower Resin Shapes around the Gnome.
