CAROUSEL HORSES SQUARE FLAP BOX with DECORATIVE CIRCLE PUNCH - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!My project today is a square Flap Box that measures  3 x 3 x 1".  I used the Carousel Horses Bundle, Decorative Circle Punch, 2" Circle Punch, Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper and Tinsel Gems.

I started with a piece of Lemon Lolly Cardstock sized

11 x 7"

I scored the  11" side at:

3,  4,  7  and  8".

I scored the  7" side at:

1,  2,  5  and  6".

Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring, cutting and rounding the corners of the flaps.

I attached several pieces of the Bright and Beautiful Designer Series Paper to the box.

(4)  2 3/4  x  2 3/4"  large flaps front and back

Round the corners of one side of each of these DSP pieces.

(4)  2 3/4  x  3/4"  sides

I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.

I stamped one of the small Horses, from Carousel Horses stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I stamped the Saddle and Flowers with Boho Blue Ink.

I stamped the Mane and Tail with Lemon Lolly Ink.

I used a Light Boho Blue and/or Lemon Lolly Stampin' Blend to fill in anywhere I may have missed stamping the Saddle and Hair.

I used a Light Boho Blue Blend for the Pole.

I cut the image out using the Carousel Horses dies.

I cut a circle from Boho Blue Cardstock using the Decorative Circle Punch.

I cut another circle from Lemon Lolly Cardstock using the 2" Circle Punch.

I attached the two circles together with Liquid Glue.

I attached the Horse to the circles with Dimensionals.

I tied Lemon Lolly Sheer Ribbon around the middle of the box and tied a bow on the right side.

I attached the entire Horse Piece on top of the box, over the Ribbon, with Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White Cardstock with Boho Blue Ink.

I cut the sentiment out by hand and attached it to the upper left side of the box with Mini Diemnsionals.

For the final touch I added 3 Blueberry Bushel Tinsel Gems to then front of the box.
