I started with a pieces of Old Olive Cardstock sized
7 1/2 x 6 1/2"
I scored the 7 1/2" side at:
3/4, 3 1/2, 4 1/4 and 7".
I scored the 6 1/2" side at:
3/4, 5 and 5 3/4".
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I attached several pieces of Merry Bold and Bright Designer Series Paper to the box.
(2) 2 1/2 x 4" front and back
(2) 1/2 x 4" long sides
(2) 1/2 x 2 1/2" short sides
I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.
I stamped the outline of the Thermos, from Warmest Heart stamp set, twice with Tuxedo Black Ink.
Once onto Poppy Parade Cardstock and once onto Old Olive Cardstock.
I stamped the Poppy Parade one with the "plaid" pattern stamp onto the bottom of the Thermos with Poppy Parade Ink.
I cut the two images out using the Warmest Heart dies.
I cut the bottom of the Poppy Parade Thermos off right below the cap and attached it to the Old Olive Thermos with Liquid Glue.
I cut the "diamond" piece out of Old Olive Cardstock using the Warmest Heart dies.
I attached it to the bottom of the Thermos with Liquid Glue.
I cut a 2 x 3 3/8" Rectangle from a piece of White Shimmer Paper using the Radiating Stitches dies.
I tied Iridescent Ribbon around the long side of the box and tied a bow at the top.
I attached the Rectangle to the front of the box, over the Ribbon, with Dimensionals.
I attached the Thermos onto the Rectangle with Dimensionals.
I added an Adhesive Backed Snowflake (Retired) to the middle of the Thermos bottom and for the final touch I added 3 Iridescent Discs to the Cap.
