I started with a piece of Basic Black Cardstock sized
9 3/4 x 6 1/2"
I scored the 9 3/4" side at:
1 1/4, 4 1/4, 5 1/2 and 8 1/2"
I scored the 6 1/2" side at:
1/2, 1 3/4. 4 3/4 and 6".
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I attached several pieces of Them Bones Designer Series Paper to the box.
(2) 2 3/4 x 2 3/4"
Do not put these pieces on yet.
I cut a 2 1/8" stitched circle out of one of the pieces of DSP using the Stylish Shapes dies.
(4) 1 x 2 3/4" for the sides.
I stamped the Skeleton, from Bag of Bones stamp set, onto Basic Black Cardstock with Versamark Ink.
I sprinkled White Stampin' Emboss Powder over the image, poured off the excess and heated the image with my Heat Tool.
I cut the image out using the Bag of Bones dies.
I attached the legs of the Skeleton inside the bottom of the circle on the DSP with Liquid Glue.
I cut the parts of the image off that didn't fit in the DSP.
I put Liquid Glue onto onto the back of the Skeleton and remaining DSP then attached it to the other pieces of DSP.
I attached the entire piece to the top of the box.
I stamped the sentiment, from Bag of Bones stamp set, onto Pumpkin Pie Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut the sentiment out with a label from All That dies.
I attached it to the top of the box on the bottom right with Liquid Glue.
I tied a small bow with Black and White Gingham Ribbon and attached it to the right side of the sentiment with Glue Dots and Liquid Glue.
For the final touch I added 3 Blooming Pearls to the top of the box on the upper left corner.
