I started with a piece of Pumpkin Pie Cardstock sized
10 x 7 1/2"
I scored the 10" side at:
1/2, 3 1/2, 5 1/4 and 8 1/4"
I scored the 7 1/2" side at:
1 3/4, 5 and 6 3/4"
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I attached several pieces of To Market Designer Series Paper to the box.
(2) 2 3/4 x 3" front and back
(2) 1 1/2 x 3" long sides
(2) 2 3/4 x 1 1/2" short sides
I cut a 2 3/8" circle from Basic White Cardstock using the Everyday Details dies.
I stamped the Ghost on a Broom image, from Playful Ghosts stamp set, onto the Circle with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I colored the image with Stampin' Blends.
Dark Pumpkin Pie - Cape and Patch
Light Smokey Slate and a Color Lifter - Ghost
Dark Smokey Slate - Hat
Dark Old Olive and Dark Shaded Spruce - Broom Stick
Dark Daffodil Delight - Broom Head
Dark Highland Heather - Band on Hat
Light Flirty Flamingo - Tongue and Cheeks
I stamped 2 Clouds onto Basic White Cardstock using Highland Heather Ink.
I fussy Cut the Clouds out by hand and attached them to the circle with Liquid Glue.
I cut out a 2 3/4" Highland Heather circle using the Spotlight on Nature dies.
I attached the Basic White Circle on top of the Highland Heather Circle with Dimensionals.
I attached the entire piece to the front of the box with Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment, "HAPPY HALLOWEEN" onto Pumpkin Pie Cardsock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut the sentiment out by hand and attached it to the lower left of the box, tucking the right side between the circles, with Liquid Glue and a Dimensional.
I wrapped Black & White Gingham Ribbon around the flap of the box and tied a bow on the top.
