I started with a piece of Pumpkin Pie Cardstock sized
9 x 7"
I scored both sides at:
1, 2, 5 and 6"
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring and cutting.
I attached several pieces of Spider paper from my stash (Stampin' Up! has no Halloween DSP this year).
(2) 2 3/4 x 2 3/4" front and back of flap
(4) 3/4 x 2 3/4" sides
I stamped the Cat onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut the image out using the matching dies and colored it with Stampin' Blends.
Dark Smokey Slate - Fur
Dark Bubble Bath - Nose
Dark Granny Apple Green - Eyes
I punch 2 sets of holes in the top flap and bottom 1" piece with a 1/8" hole Punch.
I ran about 17" of ribbon from my stash through the holes and tied a bow on the top.
I cut a 2 1/8" circle from Daffodil Delight Cardstock using the Stylish Shapes dies.
I attached the Cat to the Circle with Liquid Glue.
I attached the entire piece to the front of the box, above the bow, with Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment "A Little Hocus Pocus" onto Granny Apple Green Cardsdtock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut the sentiment out by hand and attached it to the upper left of the box with a Dimensional and Liquid Glue.
For the final touch I added 3 Black Gems from my Stash.
