POCKET THOUGHTS BIRTHDAY CUPCAKE TREAT BOX with KEEPING TABS - Stampin' Up!

Shop Stampin' Up! Here

Hi Friends!
My project today is a Treat Box that holds a Cupcake Maze Keychain.  It measures  3 1/4  x  4 1/2  x  1".  I used the Pocket Thoughts stamp set, Keeping Tabs stamp set & Punch Bundle, Stylish Shapes dies and Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper.

You can watch My Video Tutorial Here!

I started with a piece of Pretty In Pink Cardstock sized
9  x  8 1/2"
I scored the  9" side at:
1,  4 1/4,  5 1/4  and  8 1/2"
I scored the  8 1/2" side at:
1,  5 1/2  and  6 1/2"
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look when you are done cutting.

I attached several pieces of Lily Pond Lane Designer Series Paper to the box.
(1)  3  x  3 1/4"  top front
(1)  3  x  1 1/4"  bottom front
(1)  4 1/4  x  3"  back
(2)  3  x  3/4"  short sides
(2)  3/4  x  4 1/4"  long sides
(1)  3  x  1 3/4"  back flap
I attached a 3/8" Adhesive Backed Velcro Dots to the back of the box for the closure.

I stamped the Icing of the Cupcake, from Pocket Thoughts stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Pretty In Pink Ink.
I stamped the outlines with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I fussy cut the image out by hand.

I colored it with Stampin' Blends.
Light Bubble Bath  -  Parts of Icing
Dark Gray Granite  -  Cupcake Bottom

I cut a  2 3/8  x  2 3/8" square from Gingham DSP using the Stylish Shapes dies.
I attached the square to a piece of Basic White Cardstock, sized  2 1/2  x  2 1/2",  with Liquid Glue.

I stamped the Flowered Tab image, from Keeping Tabs stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Pretty In Pink Ink.
I stamped the sentiment into the open area of the tab with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut the Tab out using the Keeping Tabs Punch.
I attached the tab to the top right of the Squares with Liquid Glue.

I attached the Cupcake to the Squares with Dimensionals.
I tied Iridescent Striped Ribbon around the bottom of the box, where the two DSP patterns meet, and tied a bow at the front.

I attached the Squares to the top of the box with Dimensionals.
For the final touch I added an Iridescent Foil Gem to the top of the Cupcake.
