I started with a piece of Real Red Cardstock sized:
7 1/2 x 3 3/4"
I scored the 7 1/2: side at:
1, 3 1/2, 4 1/2 and 7"
I scored the 3 3/4" side at:
1"
To cut and put the box together you can watch My Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look.
I cut 2 Arches from Real Red Cardstock sized 2 5/8 x 3 7/8" using the Everyday Arches dies.
I attached them to the front and back of the box with Liquid Glue.
I stamped the Plaid onto a piece of Basic White Cardsotck 3 times with Mossy Meadow Ink.
I cut the Plaid out using a 2 1/4 x 3 1/2" Arch front the Everyday Arches dies.
I attached the Plaid pieced to the front of the box with Liquid Glue.
I stamped 2 Bells onto Basic White Cardstock with Real Red Ink.
I fussy cut the Bells out by hand.
I Threaded the Bells together with a piece of Gold Cord from my stash. I secured the ends of the Cord two the back of the Bells with a Dimensional.
I attached the Bells to the top/front of the box with Dimensionals.
I tied a bow with Mossy Meadow and Gold 1/4" Ribbon and attached it above the Bells with 2 Glue Dots and some Liquid Glue.
I cut a 1/4" strip of Old Olive Cardstock and stamped the sentiment "HOHOHO", from Choose Happy stamp set, onto the strip with Mossy Meadow Ink.
I slant cut the end and attached it to the bottom/left of the box with Liquid Glue.
I added a set of 3/8" Adhesive Velcro Dots on the inside top of the Arches for the closure.
For the final touch I added 3 Clear & Gold Gems around the sentiment.
