I scored the 7 1/2" side at:
1 1/2, 5 and 6 1/2"

I added 2 pieces of Daffodil Delight Cardstock behind the openings with Liquid Glue.

I cut the images out using the matching dies and colored the images with Stampin' Blends.
Light & Dark Granny Apple Green - Face, Ears, Hands, Pants and Socks

I stamped the sentiment onto a 1/2" piece of Petunia Pop Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut the ends of the sentiment and attached it to the top, slanted a bit, with Dimensionals and Liquid Glue.
