Hi Friends!
My project today is a Tag Treat Box that measures 4 1/2 x 2 1/4 x 1". I used the Easter Bunny stamp set, Very Best Trio Punch, Something Fancy dies and Country Gingham Designer Series Paper.
I started with a piece of Balmy Blue Cardstock sized
10 x 4 1/4".
I scored the 10" side at:
4 1/2 and 5 1/2".
I scored the 4 1/4" side at:
1/2" to the first scoreline,
1 and 4 1/4" then
3 3/4" to the first scoreline.
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
I folded the 1 and 1/2" sides in and punched both of the long ends with the Very Best Trio Punch.
I cut the extra ends off by hand.
Next I punched one edge of both the Cottage Garden Designer Series Papers with the same side of the Very Best Trio Punch.
(2) 4 1/4 x 2" front and back.
I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.
I punched the slit in the top of each side with the Very Best Trio Punch.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after the above.
I put the box together with Tear and Tape.
I stamped the Bunny image, from the Easter Bunny stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I colored the image with Stampin' Blends.
Light Petal Pink - inner Ear
Light Smokey Slate - Bunny except for under Chin and Tail
I fussy cut the image out by hand.
I cut a 1 1/8 x 2 1/2" label from a piece of the Regency Park Designer Series Paper using the Something Fancy dies.
I attached the Bunny to the label with Mini Dimensionals and Dimensionals.
I attached the entire Label to the box with.
I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I cut it with the small label from the Something Fancy dies.
I cut the Label to fit and
attached it under the Bunny with Liquid Glue.
I ran about 4 1/2" of Balmy Blue & White Double Stitched Ribbon through the top slits and secured the ends with a piece of White Baker's Twine.
For the final touches I added a Fun Flower Resin Shapes to the Bunny's head and 3 Solid Faceted Gems around the sentiment.
