ZANY ZOO ALLIGATOR BIRTHDAY TREAT BOX with BRIGHT & BEAUTIFUL - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!

My project today is another Peek at the new Annual Catalog that is available in May.  It is an Alligator Treat Box that measures  3 3/4  x  2 3/4  x  1".  I used Zany Zoo stamp set, Zany Zoo dies, Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper and Adhesive Backed Solid Gems.

I started with a piece of Blueberry Bushel Cardstock sized

8 1/2  x  6 3/4"

I scored the  8 1/2" side at:

1,  3 3/4,  4 3/4  and  7 1/2".

I scored the  6 3/4" side at:

1/2,  1 1/2,  5 1/4  and  6 1/4".

Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring, cutting and rounding some of the corners.

I attached several pieces of Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper to the box.

(2)  3 1/2  x  2 1/2"  top and inside top

(2)  3 1/2  x  3/4"  long sides

(2)  2 1/2  x  3/4"  short sides

I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.

I cut a partial circle out of the left front side of the box with a 1" circle punch.

I stamped the Alligator, from Zany Zoo stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I colored the Alligator with Stampin' Blends.

Light and Dark Granny Apple Green  -  Alligator

Dark Crumb Cake  -  Basket

Light Smokey Slate  -  Bike

Light Basic Black  -  Wheels

Light Boho Blue  -  Flowers

Dark Old Olive  -  Leaves

I cut the Alligator out using the Zany Zoo dies.

I attached the Alligator with Dimensionals and Mini Dimensionals to the lower right side of the box.

I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Bright & Beautiful DSP with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I cut the sentiment out with the Label die from the Zany Zoo dies.

I attached it, 1/2" of the top of the label on the side, with Liquid Glue.

I tied a small bow with Linen Thread and attached it above the sentiment with Liquid Glue.

For the final touch I added 3 Lemon Lolly Adhesive Backed Solid Gems around the Alligator.
