Shop Stampin' Up! Here
Hi Friends!
My project today is a 5 3/4 x 3 3/4 x 1 1/2" Halloween Goody Box. I used Sweets and Treats stamp set, Frightfully Cute stamps set, Seasonal Label dies, Tailor Made Tag dies, Layering Circle dies, Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper and the Halloween Punch.
I started with a piece of Highland Heather Cardstock sized
11 x 7 1/2".
I scored the 11" side at:
3 3/4, 5 1/4, 9 and 10 1/2".
I scored the 7 1/2" side at:
1/2, 1 1/2 and 6".
To cut and put the box together you can watch my Video Tutorial Here.
Below is a picture of how your Cardstock should look after scoring, cutting, rounded the corners of the flaps and punching a hole in the flaps with the Detail Trio Punch.
I attached 6 pieces of Cute Halloween Designer Series Paper to the box.
(2) 3 1/2 x 4 1/4" for the front and back
(2) 1 1/4 x 4 1/4" for the sides
(2) 3/4 x 3 1/2” for the flaps
I also used a piece of the same DSP for the attached tag sized
1 x 1 3/4".
I attached the DSP to the box with Liquid Glue.
I cut a large label from a striped piece of Cute Halloween Designer Series paper using the Seasonal Label dies.
I attached the label to the middle of the box front with Liquid Glue.
I cut a scalloped circle from Highland Heather Cardstock and a smooth circle from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock using the Layering Circle dies.
I embossed the Pumpkin Pie circle using the Dots Embossing Folder.
I attached the circles together with Liquid Glue.
I stamped the tray and 3 candy apples, from the Sweets and Treat stamp set, onto Basic White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.
I fussy cut the images out and colored them with Stampin' Blends.
Light and Dark Smokey Slate for the tray.
Light Mossy Meadow for the top of the apples.
Dark Highland Heather for the bottom of the apples.
Dark Crumb Cake for the sticks.
I attached the tray and apples to the Pumpkin Pie Circle with Liquid Glue.
I attached the entire embellishment on top of the Label on the front of the box with Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from Frightfully Cute stamp set onto Highland Heather Cardstock.
I cut it out using a small label from the Seasonal Labels dies.
I attached it the the lower right of the box with Dimensionals.
I cut a tag from Highland Heather Cardstock using the Tailored Tags dies.
I attached a 1 x 1 3/4" piece of the DSP to the tag.
I cut off the bottom of the tag leaving only 1/8" of it below the DSP.
I punched a Pumpkin (or Ghost) from the Cute Halloween DSP using the Halloween Punch.
I attached it to the tag with a Dimensional.
I ran silver trim, from the Simply Elegant Trim Pack, through the hole in the tag.
I put Metallic Mesh Ribbon and Gorgerous Grape Sheer Ribbon through the hole in the flaps.
I tied Glittered Organdy Ribbon around them with a bow in the front.
I tied the tag at the bottom of the ribbons.
I added Wink of Stella Glitter to the plate and for the final touch I added 2021-2023 In Color Jewels to the apples and Ghost (or Pumpkin).
