Warm and Toasty Candy Bar Box - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!
My project today is a box for a Russell Stover Chocolate bar.  The box measures 6 1/4 x 2 3/4 x 3/8". I used Warm and Toasty Stamp set, Hippo and Friends dies, Little Treat Box dies Stitched Circle dies and Tis' the Season Designer Series Paper.



I started with a piece of Real Red Cardstock sized  8 1/2  x  6 5/8".
I scored the  8 1/2"  side at:
1 1/2,  1 7/8  and   8 1/8".
I scored the  6 5/8"  side at:
3/8,  3 1/8,  3 1/2  and 6 1/4".

I attached Tis' the Season Designer Series paper to the box in sizes:
(2)   2 1/2  x  6"
and
I cut a scrap of the same DSP with a 2 1/2" Circle punch to about 2/3 of the circle.
I matched it up with the front flap and made a pencil mark on each side where I wanted to cut the excess off.
I attached all the DSP to the box with Stampin' Seal.


I attached Adhesive Slim Velcro Dots to the inside flap and top of the inside of the box.
I stamped the sentiment from Warm and Toasty stamp set with Real Red Ink onto a 1 3/8" circle I punched out of a piece of the same DSP pack.
I cut a Scallop Circle out of Real Red Cardstock using the Little Treat Box dies.
I attached the sentiment to the Scallop Circle with Liquid Glue.


I tied a bow with Mesh Metallic Ribbon.  I punched a hole in the top of the Sentiment piece and tied some White Baker's Twine through the hole.  I tied it onto the Metallic Bow.
I tied another bow with Real Red Braided Linen Trim and attached it the the Metallic bow OVER the Baker's Twine with a Glue Dot.
I put 2 Glue Dots on the back of the Metallic Bow and attached it all to the top flap of the box.


I cut 2 labels from the Hippo and Friends dies.  1 from Real Red Cardstock and a smaller one from the same DSP that I stamped the sentiment on.
I glued the DSP to the Cardstock with Liquid Glue.
I stamped the Reindeer image from Warm and Toasty stamp set onto Whisper White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.

I colored the image with the following Stampin' Blends:
Light and Dark Soft Suede for the Reindeer,
Light Crumb Cake for the antlers,
Dark Smokey Slate for the Hooves and
Light and Dark Real Red for the bow.
I fussy cut the Reindeer out and attached it to the top label with Liquid Glue.
I attached the entire piece to the box with Dimensionals.

Little Debbie CHRISTMAS TREE CAKE BOX with COMING HOME

Hi Friends!
My project today is a rectangle box with a sleeve that I made to fit a Little Debbie Snack Cake.  It will also fit 3 Ferraro Rocher, a mini Liquor bottle or any other small gift.  I used Coming Home stamp set, Home Together dies, Tasteful Label dies, Snow Time dies and Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper.



I started with a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock sized
7 3/4  x  6 1/2".
I scored the  7 3/4"  side at:
1 1/2  and  6 1/4".
I scored the  6 1/2" side at:
1 1/2,  3,  4 1/2  and  6".

To make the sleeve I used a  6 3/4  x  3 3/4"  piece of Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper.
I wrapped the paper around the closed box snuggly but not too tight to be able to slide off.
I removed the paper and Burnished the folds I made with my fingers with my Bone Folder.
I attached the sleeve at the bottom of the box together with Stampin' Seal.


I cut a label out of Mossy Meadow Cardstock with one of the Snow Time dies.
I embossed a scrap of Real Red Cardstock with one of the Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folder.  Then I cut out a label with a die from Tasteful Label dies.
I wrapped gold thread from the Forever Greenery Ribbon Combo Pack around the labels, as shown in the picture, and used scotch tape to secure it on the back of the labels.
I attached the labels to the top of the box sleeve with Dimensionals.


I stamped 1 large tree and 2 small trees from the Coming Home stamp set onto Pear Pizzazz Cardstock with Mossy Meadow Ink.
I cut them out with the corresponding dies from Home Together dies.


I attached the trees to the box with Dimensionals.
I added Wink of Stella to the trees and some Real Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Candle Gift Box with Trimming the Town - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!
My project today is a gift box for a small candle jar.  I got the candle at Marshalls for about $3.  The box measures  5  x  2 1/2  x  2 1/2".  The candle is approximately  3 3/4  x  2 1/4".  I used Coming Home stamp set, Home Together dies, Joyful Holly stamp set, Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper, Layering Circle dies and Stitched Shape dies.



I started with a piece of Old Olive Cardstock sized  10 1/2  x  8 1/4".
I scored the 10 1/2" side at:
1/2,  3,  5 1/2  and  8".
I scored the 8 1/4" side at:
2  and  5 3/4".

I punched 2 holes in the flaps at the top of the box.  I put my candle inside and closed it with a piece of Real Red Sheer Ribbon tied in a bow at the front.
I attached 4 pieces of Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper to the 4 sides of the box sized 2 1/4  x  5 1/2".
I die cut the house and small tree from Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper using the Home Together dies.
I stamped the wreath using Coming Home stamp set and cut it with the corresponding die.
I colored the wreath with Dark Real Red and Light Mossy Meadow Stampin' Blends.


I cut the Blue DSP Circle and Real Red Cardstock Scallop Circle using the Layering Circle dies.
I attached the Blue Circle to the Red Scallop Circle with Liquid Glue.  Then I attached the house and Tree to the Blue Circle also with liquid glue.
I attached the Wreath to the middle of the roof with Liquid Glue.


I cut an Oval out of Real Red Cardstock using the Stitched Shapes dies.
I stamped the sentiment from Joyful Holly stamp set, with Tuxedo Black Ink, onto the oval.
I cut a sprig of greenery from Mossy Meadow Cardstock with the Beautiful Boughs dies and glued it to the back of the oval label.
I punched a hole in the side of the scallop and tied it to the box with Gold Cord from Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack.


For the final touch I added Wink of Stella to the Sprig of Greenery and the Wreath.

Freezin' Fun KitKat Box - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!
My project today is a box I made to fit a Holiday KitKat bar.  You can also fit a gift card inside along with the candy!  You can get two of these boxes from one 8 1/2  x 11" sheet of Cardstock.  I used Freezin' Fun stamp set, Freezin' Friends dies, Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper, Banners Pick a Punch and the Detail Trio Punch.



I started with a piece of Misty Moonlight sized  9 1/2  x  3 3/4".
I scored the 9 1/2" side at:
1/2,  1,  5,  and 5 1/2".
I scored the 3 3/4" side at:
1/2  and  3 1/4".

I stamped the Large Tree and Bunny Images on Whisper White Cardstock with Tuxedo Black Ink.  I colored the tree with a Light Shaded Spruce Stampin' Blend.
For the Bunny I used these Stampin' Blends:
Light Balmy Blue
Light Flirty Flamingo
Light Highland Heather
Light Smokey Slate
Light Petal Pink
Color Lifter
I cut the Images out with the corresponding dies from Freezin' Friends dies.


I attached 2 pieces of Snowflake Splendor DSP sized:
3 3/4  x  2 1/2.
I attached them to the front and back of the box with Stampin' Seal.
I cut a  3 3/4  x  1 1/4"  piece of Whisper White Cardstock with the long die to make the hill.
I attached the hill piece to the bottom-front of the box with Liquid Glue.
I attached the tree with Liquid Glue and the Bunny with Dimensionals.


I tied a bow with Snowflake Splendor Ribbon and attached it to the top of the box with a Glue Dot.
I cut another piece of the DSP to  1/2  x  1 3/4".
I stamped the sentiment on the strip and flagged the end with the Banners Pick a Punch.
I attached it to the lower left of the box with Liquid Glue.


For the final touches I added some Adhesive Backed Snowflakes to the Tree and Blue Adhesive Back Gems to the lower right of the box.

Pink Poinsettia Chocolate Treat Box - Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!
My project today is a Pink Poinsettia box I made to fit some Baci/Periguina Chocolates.  The box is   4 3/4  x  2 3/8  x  1 1/4" in size.  A gift card and many other candies will also fit.  I used Poinsettia Petals stamp set, Poinsettia dies, Wrapped in Texture Embossing folders and Beaded Pearls.



I started with a piece of Blushing Bride Cardstock sized
8 1/2  x  7 1/4".
I scored the  8 1/2"  side at:
1 1/4,  3 5/8,  4 7/8  and  7 1/4".
I scored the 7 1/4" side at:
1 1/4  and  6".

I added two layers of Cardstock to the box.
Mossy Meadow Cardstock sized:
(1)  4 5/8  x  2 1/4"
(2)  4 5/8  x  1 1/8"
(2)  1  x  2 1/8"
Soft Seafoam Cardstock sized:
(1)  4 1/2  x  2 1/8"
(2)  4 1/2  x  1"
(2)  1  x  2 1/8"
I embossed the Soft Seafoam Cardstock with the dots Embossing Folder from Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folders.



I attached the side pieces of Cardstock to the box with the Mossy Meadow Cardstock over the Soft Seafoam Cardstock.  I added the Chocolates to the box and
I tied White Metallic Edged Ribbon around the box and tied a bow on the side over the finger hole.
I attached the top piece over the Ribbon with Dimesionals.


I stamped the Poinsettia images onto Blushing Bride Cardstock with Blushing Bride ink,  2 of the largest, 1 of the middle size and 1 of the next smaller size.
I cut the images out with the corresponding Poinsettia dies.
I stamped the leaves on Mossy Meadow Cardstock with Mossy Meadow Ink,  2 of the large leaf and 1 of the smaller.
I cut 1 of the sprig pieces out of Silver Foil Paper.


I attached the Flower Petals together with Glue Dots.
I attached the leaves and sprig first with Liquid Glue and then the flower.
For the final touches I added a Beaded Pearl in the middle of the flower and added Wink of Stella on the petals.

Masculine Gift Box with Brightly Gleaming

Hi Friends!
My project today is a two piece gift box that is
3 3/4  x  3 3/4  x  2 1/4".
I made this box for my son so I tried to make it look a bit masculine.  It can also be made in other Christmas Papers or for any occasion.  I used Brightly Gleaming Specialty Paper, Perfectly Plaid stamp set and Snow Time dies.



I started with a piece of Mossy Meadow Cardstock for the bottom of the box sized  9 3/4  x  8 1/4".
I scored the  9 3/4"  side at:
3 3/4  and  6"
I scored the 8 1/4" side at:
2 1/4  and  6"

For the top of the box I used a piece of Brightly Gleaming Specialty paper sized
6  13/16  x  5  5/16
(just over  6 3/4   x  just over  5 1/4")
I scored all four sides at  1 1/2"

After I put the 2 pieces of the box together I added some Christmas socks for my son inside.  You can fit many other various gifts plus a gift card too!
I tied Diagonal Striped Mossy Meadow Ribbon around the sides of the box and tied a bow at the top.


I used Snow Time dies for both of the labels on the front of the box.
I cut the larger label out of Gold Foil Paper and the smaller label out of Very Vanilla Cardstock.
I stamped the sentiment from Perfectly Plaid stamp set on the Very Vanilla Label with Mossy Meadow Ink.


I attached the sentiment label to the larger label with 3 glue dots on the back.
I attached the entire piece to the front of the box with Dimensionals.

Merry Christmas Truffle Bar Box with Stampin' Up!

Hi Friends!
My project today is a very long skinny box that is  7 3/4  x  1  x  3/4".  I designed it to fit a Lindor Truffle Candy Bar.  I used Festive Corners stamp set, Warm Hugs stamp set, Toile Tidings Designer Series Paper and the Banners Pick a Punch.



I started with a piece of Toile Tidings DSP sized  9 1/4  x  4".
I scored the 9 1/4" side at:
3/4  and  8 1/2"
I scored the 4" side at:
1/2,  1 1/2,  2 1/4  and  3 1/4"

Once the box was cut and put together with Tear and Tape I punched a hole in the top with a 1/8" hole punch.  I ran Real Red Sheer Ribbon through the hole and tied a bow at the front.


I cut a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock sized  1/2  x  3".
I stamped 3 Christmas Trees with the stamps from Warm Hugs stamp set.
I stamped the outline with Garden Green Ink and the inner tree with the same ink "stamped off" 1 time.
I cut a piece of Garden Green Cardstock sized 5/8  x  3 1/8".
I cut both sides of the pieces with the Banners Pick a Punch.
I attached the stamped piece on top of the Garden Green Piece with Liquid Glue.


I cut a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock sized  1/2  x  3 1/2".
I stamped the "MERRY" with Real Red ink in the center of the paper.
I cut a piece of Garden Green Cardstock and a piece of Red Foil Paper to  5/8  x  3 5/8"  each.
I cut the bottom of all 3 papers ,with the inward flag side of the Banners Pick a Punch.
I attached the sentiment cardstock piece to the Garden Green Cardstock piece with Liquid Glue.


I punched a hole in the Red Foil paper and Sentiment with a 1/8" hole punch.
I strung them on a piece of Gold Cord, from Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack, and tied it around the bow at the top of the box.
For the final touch I added a Real Red Rhinestone Basic Jewel at the top of all 3 Christmas Trees.
